How to compile your file to rent an apartment?

In order to compile your rental file, you must provide the following elements, depending on your situation:

The file of a guarantor will be requested under the same conditions.

You must also provide for the first month's rent, the security deposit amounting to one month's security deposit (except in exceptional cases, it may amount to a maximum of two months), and the firm's fees.
